We diamond grind your entire concrete slab to open concrete pores, ensuring optimal mechanical keying. All cracks and imperfections are meticulously repaired for a seamless surface.
A specialised moisture barrier primer is applied to block subterranean vapor pressure, preventing delamination and ensuring a long lasting bond in our unique Queensland conditions.
A base coat is applied, followed by a generous, full flake broadcast to achieve maximum density and visual depth. This layer is then scraped smooth and vaccummed to clean the area.
Two top coats of industrial grade, UV stable clear coat is then applied, providing extreme durability, chemical resistance and a brilliant, lasting finish.

Diamond Grinding for True Adhesion
Unlike acid etching or simple sanding, diamond grinding creates a deep, porous profile essential for industrial grade resin adhesion. This critical first step of the full flake system ensures that we are able to eliminate surface contaminants and opens the concrete's aggregate, allowing the system to fuse directly with your slab, preventing peeling and ensuring a lifetime bond.
